Most likely a rest day for me, in looking back at my workouts and weights since January I need to make some changes. Since doing weights 5 days a week (1 muscle group a day) I have gained 6 pounds and no it isn't muscle weight.
So I am not happy, so when I was doing weights twice a week and cardio 5-6 days a week I was staying at a lower weight. So my thought is to go back to my previous schedule of varying the cardio and doing either total body weights or split the 2 days with upper body and lower body or something to these effects.
I will keep you posted on my progress or lack of whichever the case may be.
