Today I went on a 5.5 hour hike. With a four year old on my back for half of it, it became quite a workout for me! Hope to get in some stretching with my strap later.

Yeah. We moved out of our place last June 15th (the lease was over and the owners wanted to move in). The new place was pretty good until 3 weeks in when a Wastewater facility began construction whereby the construction began at 830 usually at night. It was underground drilling all of the time and I could not get any rest at all, so when it looked like this was going to go one awhile, we wanted to move again unfortunately. That was November. Turned out to be by slummy landlords (place looked great upon viewing, but nothing there worked including heating), so we had no choice but to move back to the first place with the overnight construction. That is why we are having to move again after 7 months. Been a bit of a rough year. Having to go to hotels etc after five nights of no rest etc. Lol. Nothing I would have expected or planned for. The rental stock where we live is very low. The place we lived before all of this was for nearly 13 years, so we are having a lesson now in moving I guess.
