Hi Ladies,
I have been missing for a few days... actually more than a week.
Last weekend (weekend of 8-9 July) we started redecorating the kids' rooms. Magnus had Spiderman wallpaper and wants all white walls and black furniture, and the room that will be the nursery was bright green, but I want baby blue walls and white furniture. I spent all Saturday emptying Magnus's room and de-cluttering it, while my bf was stripping the walls in the nursery. Unfortunataly despite being careful and not lifting heavy I overdid it and hurt my back really bad. So Sunday I was pretty immobile
To top it up I got a migraine and am not allowed to use my medication due to the pregnancy... so start of the week I was suffering from both my head and my back and ended up taking 2 days sick leave. I did try to go for some longer walks as walking was less painfull than sitting.
From Wednesday onwards I was back at work, but not fully recovered so all I managed were some long walks. Still long walks... sometimes even for 1.5hrs are better than nothing right, and carrying extra weight around it becomes quite a workout.

But not as much fun as a Cathe workout!
This weekend we were busy with the rooms again, but I had to be extra extra careful as my back still hurts. So I left all the hard work, wallpapering both rooms to my bf while I continued decluttering and reorganizing.
I did get in a small workout yesterday. Approx 50min in total... mixing a couple of Shine Dance fitness songs for warm-up and cool down with a Qinetic Live thigh and glute workout. I thought the Qinetic w/o was really good, so I will be trying more of them, but I still need to be careful as my back is not back to normal yet. Hopefully it won't be another week before I check back in with some workouts.
I have been reading what all of you have been up to, and WOW! Some really good workouts... and good ideas.
Can't wait until I can do more again, although I will not be copying Siobhan with her KB anytime soon!
I saw an old episode of Extreme Weight Loss with Chris & Heidi Powell yesterday, and in it Heidi was pregnant, but still using KB swings etc. and I thought hey.... I should do a KB workout again, it's been a while. But let's see how I get on with my back first.
