Whoa. Huge workout yesterday. No doubt you will feel it today!

Today I did an old Cathe live - metabolic conditioning for 40 minutes. Now, to stretch.

It's still cold here. ugh.

I managed to do 2 Taebo Express workouts while hubby Weed whacked the lawn instead of mowing it. So 22 minutes of something is better than nothing. They were the Punches and Knees one and the Kicks one. My left leg hurts more than my right.

Nice workout for you. Cold here too.

Just noticed the big spelling error up there. LOL. I am moving too quickly these days. Making a few mistakes along the way. Not good.

Today I did Cathe's Live Upper Body Burn (didn't do abs) and added on 10 minutes of move with nicole abs. I will stretch now.

Good workout Annette. You really seem to enjoy kickboxing.

I am only seeing two clients today which is helpful.

Rest day here. Yes, I love kickboxing. Powerful with moves that are easily modified.
