KY & The Firm Basics Fat Burning. I had myself convinced that Cathe’s new DVDs would be out by now and I’d plug them into this schedule. I had also forgotten how beginner the Firm beginner WOs are compared to Cathe’s beginner wos. Cathe’s are beginner but easier to modify up.

Finished last Thursday with a Power Fit Harmony workout. Starting the week with Firm Volume 2 and let me say I don't know how you ladies managed without sports bras!!! My Cathe workouts finally came today!! I Had to wait about 25min before it was delivered, and well worth the wait! GREAT upper body workout! I was surprised that for the most part I used the same poundage as Cathe. For Lite I was expecting her to lift a compact car
Firm Volume 2 was always a challenge for me, but it's a great workout! I LOVE that Cathe workout you posted a pic of!!!!! One of my top ten favs of hers, for sure. And your doggie is adorable!
Good morning! This morning was Firm Prime Power Lower Body Shaping, or whatever it's called now. I know a lot of Firm users don't like these two Prime Power workouts, but I love them, the jungle theme notwithstanding. LOL!
They're great for days when I want a full body workout with some four-limb movement tossed in, but don't want to necessarily lift heavy. And you can modify them to go heavier, which you can do with most of the Firm workouts.
Today's workout in the books! I know Denise can be annoying at time. However, she is actually calm in this workout! Cooper, say's thanks for the complements.
I have been a little side tracked. Our dog had knee surgery (TPLO) yesterday. We got to bring her home this morning. She is pretty much sedated. So she is going to be my workout for the next fews days. We have to carry her out to potty because she can't use the stairs for a while. 80lbs! I'm so glad I lift weights regularly.
