Hi everyone,
Today was a 25 min. Mix of KY for my sinuses, a 29 min. Beginner Barlates Barre wo, which I really enjoyed and 45 min. of walk intervals. It’s fun to do other workouts because I can really feel all the positive changes my Cathe rotation brought about.
Sherri, I’m so sorry about your sister. I’m glad that caring for your dog and exercise helps.
Geoff, Bands weren’t my thing either but I’ve come around now that I use them more to compliment weight training rather than as a substitute. Having the right length and kind of band has also been super helpful.
Lisa, I actually found that Cathe’s WO’s tone my abs and core even without any Ab work.
