week off from weights???

I'm thinking of tackling my belly (again!!), and am wondering about taking a week or two off from weights.... doing strictly cardio .... will be helpful in kinda jump-starting a little fat burn. I'm usually ok w/the belly thing, but I've got these new jeans and... you know the feeling!:)
 
I wouldn't give up weights to decrease the belly bulge. Try doing some cardio/weight circuit workouts (high calorie burners) or circuit weight workouts, and add an interval cardio workout to your weekly program. And eat really clean.
