yes, im very close, i will be 39 weeks on wednesday, due feb 18th. So really, anytime now i guess.
i have STS and its all i've been doing the past week or so i think i have a sciatic nerve issue so cardio has been non existant for over a week. So i feel like a FATTY
Im so used to doing cardio 4-5 times a week and its been nothing but weight work since.
I like STS so far, i like how its quick. Its different becuase she doesnt do endless reps, its usally just 12-15. I'm only on week 3, meso cycle one. I dont feel any DOMS though, maybe im not lifting heavy enough. if i lift heavier im afraid by the time i get to meso 2 and 3 i will have run out of heavy weights. I started out of curiosity and since they are all 'new' i keep reaching for them. once the baby comes i'll be side tracked and probably wont workout for a while if thats what the doctor says. SO i'll have to start over again. But it goes by fast, i like the set, cathe is her usual self.
i want to go thru all the programs first before i give my full opinion on it since i'm only doing meso 1 so far. of course i never did the 1 rep max stuff, i'm not eating as clean as i should, and i cant do cardio
so im not getting results. and im preggo and the weight just keep piling on....i wonder if this baby will be late
for you previous mommies...has anyone gone into labor WITHOUT having any fake contractions prior (ie braxon hicks??) I have not felt a single labor pain, false or not. So im crious. Friday the baby was still up high and i was not dilated, just 65% effaced.
i have noticed i have a crampy feeling tho, like what i used to get before my period started. is this a sign of anything labor related?
