Great job yesterday, Nora, with Intensity Series: Muscle Endurance- Express Workout= 53 Min (Express workout - 53 min !!! I don't consider that express for me ! :) WTG !

Annette, how's them bi's & tri's this morning? :) Wow.....bis and tris and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes and a nice stretch. 73 minutes..... The workout you did for the biceps & triceps covered all bases..... WTG!

Today I did:
Bitgym workout in the Alps in Tyrol, Austria. The workout included both snow & in the village segments and
both my machines are close, so I mixed it up a bit for variety & fun ! I did the snow (ski) segments on my
cross-co. skier ( 11 min. ) and the hiking around the little town segments on my elliptical (16 min.) so the
total workout was 28 min. and fun !

YT- Julie Jones Fitness- Rope-less Jump Rope & Standing Core workout- 24 min.

Step Boss PHA3 dvd- Bonus- Extended Lying Stretch - 10 min.

That's it..... Sunday will probably be a rest day for me !

Hi Linda and all who follow,

Remarkably my bis and tris feel ok but my shoulders hurt from Wednesday's workout, so my bis and tris should hurt tomorrow.

I just tried doing some exercises off a video on YouTube (Facebook). 20 minutes of it, deciding what is doable and what wasn't. They were done using your couch or your bed. Some were more difficult than the traditional versions.

Anyway, nice workout Linda!

Annette- Stellar workout yesterday for bi's & tri's. Feelin'DOMS today? Oh, I just noticed your recent post. Lucky you n DOMS. Sorry about your shoulders are hurting, I have problems with shoulders & neck being an ongoing thing for me.
For me, I find that heat helps loosens things up a bit so I can stretch. Take it easy and Remember you are amazing!:)

I hurt my low back a couple of weeks ago and have been in pain. I was thinking last time I felt tight hamstrings and lower back pain I did a PiYo workout Lower Body Define and it was like medicine and madeit feels so much better,
it almost a miracle. So I decided I'd give it a try today, and I'm so glad I did. So no killer workouts today just trying to get a bike workout in and a good stretch type workout in today.

PiYo- Lower Body Define= 21 Min

Yep, Nora, I have a NordicTrack cross country skier, I bet I have had it 40+ years.. And
my elliptical is ProForm, got it from HSN probably 10-12 years ago.
 
Ok, add on 35 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes. Now I am tired.

Nice workout Nora!!

Should be a rest day tomorrow.

I took a rest day yesterday. Today I did Cathe's latest live workout. I will do my own stretch.

Glad to see most of use checking in yesterday with such a variety of workouts. Have a great day.
