For me, I find that heat helps loosens things up a bit so I can stretch. Take it easy and Remember you are amazing!

I hurt my low back a couple of weeks ago and have been in pain. I was thinking last time I felt tight hamstrings and lower back pain I did a PiYo workout Lower Body Define and it was like medicine and madeit feels so much better,
it almost a miracle. So I decided I'd give it a try today, and I'm so glad I did. So no killer workouts today just trying to get a bike workout in and a good stretch type workout in today.
