Maybe we must prepare the place under the Cristhmas tree to my dreamed gift: the hardcore series.
It is ok Stayfit, I was a little off on the rotation myself at the end of last week. I did PS Chest and triceps and abs from S&H. Tried to go heavier on the chest and I think I did. I really feel S&H's chest work but I normally don't feel in on PS so I thought maybe going heavy would make me feel it. Plus the scale is going in the wrong direction and after last weeks lame workouts I need to get on the ball.:+
well girls I have done 4 weeks of a 4 day split ( I started with Oct 03 rotation on week 4 in Oct.) Now I am moving onto a week like this:
Mon- 30" treadmill run walk intervals 3 miles and MIS upper & abs
Tue- CTX power circuits and L&G ankle weight work
Wed- 30" cardio choice & yoga w/ abs
Thu- same as Mon
Fri- same as Tue
Sat- longer yoga workout
Sun-off
So it is 2 days upper body, 2days lower body, 2 days yoga.
Then I'll see what to in Dec after viewing Cathe's rotation.

I will be doing circuit workouts the rest of this week. I want to burn as many calories as possible due to Thanksgiving:9 !! Hopefully Cathe will put up a December rotation. Have a great day!!
Well Aila Cathe did post an interesting circuit rotation last fall either in Nov or Dec. perhaps she'll do another circuit rotation or one with intervals.
