WEDNESDAY workouts 5/5

Hello everyone

I had a real good workout today:
20 min bike
BC Core
Leaner Legs
Leaner Legs abs

I haven't done LL for a while and just realized today again what a great wo it is. To me LL is actually harder then L&G -- of course assuming the use of heavy enough weigths.

I actually had a bad workout day. I have been feeling very cold for a few days now (no other symptoms) and today I just have no energy. So I just ran 2K, walked for 1 minute and repeated twice (6K in total). I had Power Hour scheduled as well, but after squats and plie squats I just gave up.

I'm off to bed early.

I did Reebok's Power Blast with Lisa Gaylord then the abs and cooldown off of All Step. I again was able to put more into the workout which was nice.

I have sorethroat and a bit of a cold so I wasn't up for Cathe today. However, I thought I would do a lighter workout and picked out KV's Energy Sprint. I haven't done this one in awhile. I forgot how much this workout fatigues my legs.:p The choreography is a little boring but this is a pretty good workout.
 
Fab40....I have KV Energy Sprint too...have not done it in quite awhile. Good one thought if you are a bit under the weather. Dutchie, sorry too you aren't feeling real good. Better not to exercise if you feel bad. I did Legs & Glutes floor work, MIS shoulders, PH shoulders, biceps, triceps, then a 3 mile run. Legs felt good from the massage last night, but still tired from the Half marathon last sunday...:)...Carole
