Did S&H chest/back and KPC abs (love that one).

I will be running with my running buddy later this afternoon.

Hi Dutchie....how is the knee? I'm trying Imax2 Blastmania today, and before that PS standing legs, S&H shoulders, then Biceps and triceps of something..maybe CTX. Enjoy the day...:)...Carole
 
Morning all. I have been miserable with strep throat this week. Did not workout at all Monday or Tuesday and then sat out in the cold all last night at my sons track meet. I feel like a dung heap today. ;(

I am going to try to do some kind of exercise today...just haven't decided what yet...yoga and then something else to get my blood moving. A friend gave me a Keli Roberts dvd...Step It Strong. I might try that today and see what it's like. Back to my hot tea fitness friends.
 
I did Back, Biceps and Abs off of Slow and Heavy this morning. I was down another pound and a half this morning so I am a happy camper. Of course it helps that I had 5 teeth filled yesterday and couldn't feel my face for 4 hours therefore I didn't eat much. Praying that I keep it off!!!:D

To 40something (I hope that is your name) I hope you feel better soon.:D

Only ran 4K today and my knee is fine... My knee's been a probleem since I was a child. Nonone knows the cause. Could be genetic, you know, born that way, or could be that I may have hurt my knee very badly when I was a baby or toddler. I learned to deal with it, though ocasionally it gets really bad and I need fysio and then it takes forever to be ok again. Ofcourse that has nothing to do with the fact that I refuse to stop exercising. Lucky for me my fysio understands and only makes me adjust my usual workout schedule.

If one day I can run 10K I'll be a happy girl.

Hello gang,

I hope that all of you who are not feeling so well will be back strong and healthy very soon.
40sthg, I was sitting in the pouring rain on Sunday for 1 1/2 hr at my daughter soccer game, it was not funny!
Annette, congrats on those lost pounds, way to go.:) I wonder who found them...

Today I did 30 min moderate intensity biking, then tons of weights for my back, biceps and abs. PS (back& bicpes) CTX (back & biceps) PS abs and KPC abs. Dutchie, I love that too!
I noticed that since I do a lot more weights, I'm just so very tired in the evening. 8 pm and I'm dead.
