<--Wednesday morning papers didn't come...

<--North West Airlines
<--need I say more??
<--lets just say we could have drove home and had time to spare
<--it took us about 16 hours to get home from New Orleans to Louisville KY x(
<--Memphis airport was shut down due to radio failure
<--not NWA fault mind you except that is their hub they fly into and we couldn't get out of New Orleans
<--well in the midst of this their computers changed our flight (without anyone notifying us) and we rode it out
<--when Memphis was back up and we got ready to board our plane
<--they scanned our ticket and said you've been changed to another flight
<---#$@%#%#$^$%# @#$@#%#%#$ !@#$@$@%@#%!!!!!
<--they looked at us as if we did it
<--asked them how our flight could get changed without our knowledge and they tell us the computer did it
<--apparently our connecting flight was cancelled and there would be no getting home from Memphis
<--by this time we'd waitedf 3.5 hours!!
<--anyway, much later we flew home on Delta ahhhhhhhhhh!!
<--sorry for the rant
<--off to do laudry max!!

I was flying home to visit my family and I was approached by a lady and she asked me when I was due. (at the time I was a size 16 down from a high of 22) I was so embarrassed and in order to keep from being further embarrassed in front of all the people in line to board the plane I responed by telling her "July" and she congratulated me and walked away. Needless to say I was devestated!!!! I relayed what happened to my brother and very wisely he told me I should feel feel embarrased and really bad for the lady. i asked him why and he said that I am doing all the right things for my body to get fit and healthy and have made tremendous progress...I have that choice. He said unfortunately there is no cure for stupidity therefore she will have to live with that "condition" forever. He made me laugh but I realized he was right and felt empowered by that and remember that each time I feel insulted by someone.
