Yeppers I missed my workout but scale is doing OK so I'm good except the leggies need a good workout. Will hit Leaner Legs as soon as I catch up here ! Hope you got your lunchtime workout in and had fun with DH !
Jen - LOL about Aqua Net - that's what the kids in the theater plays used ! We added loads to the ozone in the 90's & first few years of the new century. Still dragging after work? Or did you wake up once the boredom was ditched?

WOW - hopefully out of 8 you'll get some bites. I am hearing things are slowing turning a corner in the economic world, hopefully it will help. I know about the 'waiting' as I have been paying for hockey tix on a month basis but somehow ended up ahead so had to take care of that quickly, ya know?

Besides I haven't spent much on exercise lately - it is my only expenditure. DH plays hockey @ $20 per week and buys $100 - $150 in hotwheels each month. Now that my kids are gone we should be pretty even in the spending arena, right? My story and I'm sticking to it !

Seems it is biking types of exercises where movement is not great but you are actually working a bit harder? But does that make sense of your HR and body temp are elevated? Hmmmm . . . ITA with Wendy on KB's being circuit type workouts after I have done a few. Not really muscle building but I sure get out of breath doing them. Never got sore myself but then I only used 15lbs.
K girlies off to do my workout tonight ! Yes I will do it . . .

Hoping I have some energy for a little cardio too. Bummed I missed my run yesterday - should be able to do it tomorrow.
