Good morning everyone!

I had a real good wo today.

20 min hard effort on the stairmaster
BC abs
ME abs
P90X plyometric
I did the last section of BC (oblique w/ball) @ Tony style, double time with legs up in the air. Try it, it hurts sooo good!:7

Have a great day girls

Mari

Hi Mari, I did All Step today!! Really was pouring the sweat with it being so humid today and I drank 48 oz. of water during and right after the workout so you know it is hot!!!:7

Sounds like you had a great workout.

Hope everybody else does too.:7

Evening all,

Annette, I have All Step, but never done it. Is it anything like step max or step jam?

Mari, your ab w/o sounds painful.

I am a proud woman today!! I ran 2-4-6-8-10-12-10-6-1 with 1min walk breaks. I passed the 5K mark at 33:13 minutes, which is my fastest 5K yet:) !!! AND I ran a whole 10K by the end of my run. My very first 10K ever :) :) . And in 68:18min:). I couldn't believe it!! I still can't believe it. How did this happen? I ran my 5K with walk breaks faster than when I do a 5K "long" run. It took me over 52min to do Monday's "long" run of 7.5K. And today I ran 10K with walkbreaks in less then 69min.

Does this mean if I run my 7K fun run this Sunday with walkbreaks I could do it in about 45min??? Should I run with walk breaks?

Dutchie

Hi Dutchie, I don't have the other 2 workouts for comparison so I can't answer your question. It is an intense shorter step workout and the shoulder portion in grueling. The ab work is very intense too. I am hoping to get the CTX series next considering the All Step I have is the one that came with my step and it is very poor quality VHS tape.

I actually am sore from yesterday's bicep work and I have shin splints from a walk I took on Monday to the tailor to have a slit put in a skirt of mine. And my heel is hurting some too even with the orthotics think I will have to have my anti-inflammatory refilled after all. sigh, UGH!! Sorry about all the gripes today, I am sure the biceps soreness is a good thing.

Sound like you are ready and if you need walk breaks then by all means take them.

:D

Dutchie....it is a FUN run. Try the walk breaks, it only shows that a quick walk break seems to help you at this point! Congrats on the 10K..cool...:D ....I did my own leg exercises; Calf raises, leg extensions, leg curls and squats. Doing 12 reps of each exercise in a row..then a 90 sec break and did this for 4 sets. ME abs and a 4 mile run...Those abs sound fun Mari!
