I had an interesting wo today:

10 min bike
PUB abs
10 min Nordictrack
SJP abs and planks
10 min row
KPC abs

You can tell that bathing suit season is coming up!

Hi, I did Circuit Max using some of Aquajock's modification (like squats and lunges with a barbell instead of what Cathe does) I didn't do it all like that but some nevertheless, then I did Body Max's abs and cooldown. Nice workout.

You don't have a thing for abs today did cha?!}( :7 :eek: I am doing abs everyday now and it seems to be working well I am seeing results so I am happy!!:7 :D

I did C&W abs before my run. I usually do them after and boy did I feel them. I did a 4 mile run averaging 83% of my heart rate. Felt good...:)...Carole
 
Overhere it's 10:30AM on Thursday already, but I did Power Hour yesterday. Excluding lunges not too good on the knee, including abs.

Hadn't done any strengt training for a week. And boy did I notice. I had to lower my weights for chest, biceps and shoulder work. And take extra rests and strectches. Legs, back and triceps were OK.
