I have a question: Should we post out workout plan once a week? Or do most folks prefer to post daily? Either way I enjoy reading about the daily "plan of attack" or "report of progress" with my morning coffee 
Today I have planned a 30-40" cardio session followed by PS CST. The cardio will either be part of KPC to fit my time limit or a spinning interval session. Yesterday I did step (my favorite), and I try not to do the same Cardio on consecutive days. If I'm not careful I'll choose a step cardio every day!
