Wednesday 2/25 workout

I have a question: Should we post out workout plan once a week? Or do most folks prefer to post daily? Either way I enjoy reading about the daily "plan of attack" or "report of progress" with my morning coffee :)

Today I have planned a 30-40" cardio session followed by PS CST. The cardio will either be part of KPC to fit my time limit or a spinning interval session. Yesterday I did step (my favorite), and I try not to do the same Cardio on consecutive days. If I'm not careful I'll choose a step cardio every day!

I kinda like once a day myself...:)...and have enjoyed reading what everyone is doing. Today I plan on S&H Legs, then probably KPC. I was thinking about a run, but it's pouring here! I'll wait til tomorrow....I could do step every day too.....:)...Carole

edited to add.....Judy! all that step talk and I had to do Step Blast instead of KPC! And added some Nordic track cardio to SB as I wanted to listen to a new Matchbox 20 CD...:)

Me too. I really like to read about your workouts. It is very motivating, plus you get new ideas too.

Today I'll continue my S&H stuff -- legs and shoulders -- plus some cardio about 30 minutes. I may do again those intervals on the rower that kicked my butt so much yesterday.

What do you think about a "what did you eat today" thread? That would be very informative too.

Yes, I do suffer from a mild (maye not so mild) case of OCD. ;)

I like the daily posts. I find that the once a week threads get too long and I can't absorb all the information everyone gives me. Daily threads are short and sweet!

I'm going to do PUB upper only and follow it with Voight's GWW floorwork. If my kids allow it later, I'll also pop in the 30 min premix of KPC.

I did a pilates tape since I can't do cardio and on the rotation I am doing today was supposed to be a rest day so I just changed it to pilates. I really felt like I did nothing, because I am soooo used to active cardio. Hope I don't start with the cardio withdrawals too soon, I still have a week and a half to go:( like this. I like daily posts myself I never quite know what I am doing from day to day especially if I am not following a specific rotation.:)

Hi there--It was Boot Camp for me today. This rotation is based on the Intensity Series and I am loving it. Can't wait to make the switch to DVD.

take care
Maggie

I did the first 85 min. premix from SB/SJP....I love this one. You do the SB WU, 1st step section, 3rd step section, & the SB Challenge then you do the SJP fromt he first hi/lo section all the way to the last weight section before completing the cool down. I went ahead and did abs from SJP as I had not worked them in a couple of days. :7
