wedding video

I am new to Cathe's videos, and if I understand correctly I should begin with the wedding video. Can anyone tell me what the music is like in this video? I desperately need energizing music to keep me motivated.

Wedding Video Music

is so upbeat and funky! It is the same soundtrack that is used (at least parts of it) in "Step Heat" and "Step Jam" -- I like the Wedding Video a lot! Cathe is so cute in it and I also love the shots of her wedding that are interspersed throughout the video.

The choreograhy is basic in comparison to other Cathe Videos and I would compare it to the step choregraphy in "Interval Max" or "Body Max" -- perhaps even a litte easier. Nevertheless, it is quite intense and when I use 8" step height, I get quite a workout!

Hope this long discourse helps!

I agree!

The tape is a lot of fun and sooo motivating. It's easy enough to get the moves fairly fast and I have never grown tired of it. (& I've been married for 28 years!!) Hope you like it too!

pulled out the Wedding tape this morning...

I've let my cardio slide a little bit while focusing on strength. Today I did the Wedding tape & it was just what I needed! I think it would be a good choice for your first Cathe.

Love this tape! I got it about two months ago and it was my first Cathe. I now have five and IMO Wedding is definitely the easiest choreography and it gets my heart rate right up there. The music is among the best that you'll find on video. It even has some vocals, which I love. I have one problem, though, I now have to force myself to vary my routine, I just want do Cathe tapes since I started with Wedding. I can't tell you how highly I recommend this (and other!) Cathe tapes. Mega Step Blast is a good choice, too, BTW. Have fun!

Me Too!

I am the same way. I find that Cathe spoils me --there absolutely no other cardio workout on the market today (or ever has been for that matter) that is as much fun and as intense as Cathe's. Her genius with choreography and cueing is beyond compare. And I love the music too. I recently got ahold of a CIA video with Hi/Lo and Step and the choreography was more flailing around than "dancing to music" like Cathe's.

Also, I like some vocals in my workouts too -- it's fun!
