Hi, is there a website that calculates how many calories that I need to consume to lose weight? If not how would I figure it out? I am 5'4 and weigh 134...would like to get down to 120. Thanks Jenn
You could go here: http://www.caloriecontrol.org/calcalcs.html and figure out how many you need to maintain, then subtract 500/day to lose a pound a week. (To lose a pound a week you need to reduce your weekly caloric intake by 3500.) Hope that makes sense.
