Hi all,

Has anyone seen www.physiquetransformation.com??? I saw it yesterday and downloaded the "free" book. It talks about everything you need to know in order to target your "fat burning" zone, when to increase/decrease your calories in order to kick up your metabolisim and maintain a "clean" diet. The success stories are awesome! I've been somewhat succesful on the plan i'm currently on but need to kick it up a notch. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I doubt my result are typical for everyone, but I've been using PT for a couple of weeks. I had hit a plateau that lasted a year and a half after losing 99 pounds on Weight Watchers (still need to lose 50-70 pounds). I couldn't budge. I was eating ll00 calories a day and exercising 1-3 hours a day. Nothing. Right now I'm in conditioning on PT, a metabolism-building period, and I've lost 7 pounds!!! I guess it really is true that I wasn't eating enough. My body thought it was starving and held onto the pounds. I'm eating 2,640 calories a day right now, and I've actually lost weight. This program has been miraculous for me.

Wow that's really great!! I'm on day 3 of the free trial and I'm still playing around with the idea of joining. I'm presently doing a weight loss program that has resulted in about 50 pounds of weight loss and 24 inches off my body together with my workout regimen, but I'm finding that I'm hungry and want to eat something - anything! I had a consultation with my counselor today and she's changed my plan to include more food since I'm working out 5-6 days a week with cardio and resistance training. I'll give it the full four weeks and see how it goes. Thanks for your feedback and good luck!

Hugs,

Iris

Hi Iris,

The best plan is "whatever works!" We're all different, and if something is working, why mess with it. If you do try PT, let me know how you do.
