Well, how does it feel to be a mini celebrity in fitness circles? I think you have done well to convince us that fitness is for life! And we should all age a little better having seen your pictures.

I just wanted to thank you for posting your rotations for us because now I know can push my body that little bit harder and I think I will try it. I can't copy your rotations because I don't have a multi-disc DVD player, the Cross Train series and no bowflex either, but you have given me ideas on how I could make use of what I have.

Have you ordered the Intensity Series? If so, I would like to know how you make use of those. I hope you don't mind if I ask you to post your rotation around the Intensity series in the future.

Thanks. You are so lovely.

I must have missed something I noticed the posts to WD but can't workout what was going on. Could you let me know if there is a site for her photos I would love to have a look (don't what tho know about the contraversy).

Your workouts sound fine but not something I could accomplish congratulations on your success.

Babs,

I think you are talking about Francine there. Is she the one posing in her work out gear and a dog? Then that is Francine. WD is blonde and much more developed. She is posing in her bikini. The controversy was around her age - 50.

What I really want to know is how she kept her skin so healthy at 50 while tanning?? WD, do you use the spray on tanning booths? Or have some amazing moisterizer? I don't know why I am asking, I am already too scared of tanning beds.

Yen,
Thank you. I guess I feel a little overwelmed by all of the attention. Yes my dh ordered the Intensity series for me for Christmas on DVD so I guess it will be awhile. I do not have a multi disc DVD player in my workout room. I just pop them in and out. I guess the player gets a workout too. One of the great things about seeing other's rotations is it helps to develope your own.

Thank you Sue,

Just one more question (how many times have you heard that before? :)), do you skip the warm ups and cool down if you mix different tapes? For instance, if you Step Works and Power Hour, do you do the warm in Step Works, skip the cool down of that one and warm up of Power Hour, do the rest of PH including cool down? Because that's what I usually do if I was mixing tapes.

Yen

Hi Yen,
A lot of times I skip the warm up on the second workout if I am short on time. I feel like a lot of stretching helps to keep me from injury.
