I too liked the first book much, much more than the second. I have the third too, which again, is not as good as the first.
I consume about 125-150g's of carbs per day. I eat all the good fat and protein my body requires. I do not calorie count.
I do not do any cardio other than play tennis (which is more anaerobic - but due to a back injury i haven't been able to play for a while).
I honestly believe, with all my heart, that this is the best, most healthiest eating program available for health and weight loss. Have you seen her site? She has a new video clip on there to view. 30 minutes long. Very good.
Give is a go, it's well worth the commitment.
