Morning,
Today was Turbo Jam Cardio Party 1. Fun. Did some extra stretching at the end for my hips. Hopefully, my DH will be home tonite. If not, then I will probably do a little bike ride. Weather has been gorgeous. I will probably be going back to working 8-4, instead of 7-3 real soon as California finally has a state budget. I was only going in early as there were some numbers that needed to be gathered each morning. Yep, one of those exercises in futility that the state is so very good at.

Morning Coolers,

Today my workout was BBS Timesaver #1, and I will run 2m after work.

Called animal control yesterday, because a horse in our neighborhood is looking really thin. I wasn't the only one that had called in either.

Jeanette, Sounds like your workout was a good one to choose this morning. I got a preview of Charlene's Extreme workouts with my new Tony DVD. They had a preview for a Total Body workout, and an Intreval. It doesn't seem to bad, but I'm not partical to all the whooping she does in it. And I think I only had about a 15 min preview of each. Glad to hear that Lexxie is feeling better. DH does get paid by the faire, but it isn't nearly enough for what he is dealing with year round. He only gets paid for the 19 days of faire, and it is like $50 a day! Dance class for DD is ballet, she doesn't like any of the other types.

Kim, The One on One workout is Tony doing all the excercises from Ab Ripper, and followed them up with all the exercises from Ab Ripper X. I have both of those DVD's so I could have done the same thing by switching DVD's. DD didn't have the date with the senior, because he said he couldn't go with her. She checked out his facebook, and he stated that it was a joke. Ha Ha funny funny! But she did get asked out again by a different guy, but she told him that she couldn't date until March. She turns 16 then, and he said "You mean I have to wait until track!" So if he waits for her then I have no problem when she actually goes out on a date with him.

Quiet around here today. Busy day for me, work, then SJP, make dinner and then up to the hospital to visit MIL.

Jeanette SJP is so much fun! I always enjoy this one! Well that will be good that you don't have to get up so early!

Laurie Oh no, I hope dd wasn't too upset about that boy's behaviour!

60 min run is on the schedule for tomorrow, I'm going to try and get up early and run before work as there is so much good tv on tomorrow night.

Hi,
Came home from work today, deemed it too breezy to ride my bike at the time, took a nap. Got up, wind had died down, but I just wasn't in the mood. Chose instead to go to the golf course and practice my putting, chipping and driving. Had a good practice time and I was super happy with my drives. Something so satisfying in hitting that driver and the ball connecting in the sweet spot of the club!

DH will be home tonite late, probably around 10 or 11. He's in Reno now I think, unloading DS's stuff. Can't wait to see him and I know he's anxious to get home.

Kim, glad SJP made you feel good today. How was your MIL? Is the pain better? Just talked to one of our Personnel Specialists at work. She's been out for quite some time with 2 complete knee replacements. She's verrrrrryyyyyy pleased with the outcome of the surgeries. She could barely hobble around before that. It was painful to watch her.

Laurie, glad you called animal control about the thin horse. Hope the authorities do something. I fear there will be more and more animals neglected due to tough economic times. It's pretty expensive to feed horses out here as we don't have all the nice grassy pastures that are back east. Much drier and we have to feed hay. Alfalfa is now around $200 or so per ton of hay. Too expensive for many. Hmmmm, why was I thinking that your DD did River Dance type dancing? Ballet seems very hard. Nice that your girls have many interests and stay busy. Hope the drama is over soon for the Faire. Who needs that? Sure doesn't pay enough for the headaches.
