Hi Cathe,
I read in your bio that you used to do water aerobics instruction. I have done water aerobics off an on for the last 20 years...sometimes for variety, sometimes due to injury/recovery. There are so few good tapes out there that are challenging for the advanced exerciser. I do a lot of the deep end, water jogging/kicking/scissoring, without a flotation device to really get my heart rate up. It's fun, but boring when you are by yourself trying to think of things to do to keep it interesting and effective. I know if anyone could, you could come up with a great routine! I use your tapes exclusively for weight lifting and for some of my cardio. It's better for my body if I cross train for cardio. Anyway, you and I are the same age and if you can do, I can do it! Thank you for constantly challenging me! Some of my favorite tapes you have produced are: all the Intensity series (including all the Terminator dvd), KPC, Leaner Legs, and MIC.
