Warpspeed Fat Loss question

Beth - there's a check in that includes Warpspeed - if you ask your question there, the ladies doing it might have a faster answer for you.

Alwyn admits to having no protocol for coming off this diet, but he suggests slowly adding back carbs and calories over the two weeks following the program by adding carbs to your workout shakes and first post-workout meal. Then after that, add in cals and carbs in other meals, as well. He says by doing this you'll be both carb and calorie cycling, and it allows your body to slowly adapt to the higher calorie intake.

He also says that you can do the program for the first 4 weeks and if you need to lose additional weight - do a recovery week and then do it again. That's probably what I'll need to do.
