Want to look like Cathe...

Cynthia - did you mean 42 small meals a week??? I read that very early this morning on my Blackberry before I was really awake. Drove my daughter to school, still thinking about 42 small meals a day. "How is that possible???", I asked myself. She must do nothing but eat all day long. I mean, I pondered this the entire drive. Got home and read it again to be sure I had read correctly, and read your other post so followed that link. He mentions 42 small meals a week. Whew - I felt better. I hope that you meant week and not day! The program sounds interesting. I have got to do something different. I don't eat enough and therefore, my hardwork will be for nothing much if I don't feed the muscles I am building.

LOL! I shouldn't type so early in the morning!
I'll go back and edit that. Yes, that is 42 meals a week:eek:

Haha! You girls are so funny. Thanks for all the advise!
Cynthia, would it be a lot of trouble for you to give me a sample meal plan following Precision Nutrition? Just so I get a better idea? If you can I really appreciate it! if not thanks for all the advise so far!

Here is a general outline. Not necessarily in this order. I sometimes eat an omelette for dinner.

*Egg white omelete, spinach, tomato, havarti cheese, broccoli, kiwi

* Strawberry protein smoothie with frozen strawberries.
6 fish oil caps, Earth's promise supplement.http://www.iherb.com/ProductDetails.aspx?c=1&pid=2184&at=0

* Oatmeal, 3 egg whites, piece of fruit, 6 almonds

* Chicken, spinach salad, 1/2 tbsp olive oil/balsamic vinegar dressing.

* Chicken, broccoli, carrots, 6 almonds

* Fage yogurt, 1/3 scoop chocolate protein, banana

When I remove the starch, I replace it with more veggies. I remove dairy too. I will add another protein/fruit smoothie in it's place.

Thanks so much Cynthia!! This looks pretty similar to how I already eat.

Also, Cynthia, I was wondering.. you mentioned that I have to lower my bf%. What do you suppose is that best way to do this. I just started to follow a rotation like this..

Monday- back, shoulder, bi
Thusday- cardio
Wed- legs
Thurs- cardio
Fri- chest and tris
Sat- cardio
Sunday- rest

Then I was thinking of alternation that with a week like this...

Monday- Muscle endurance
Tues- Cardio
Wed- Muscle Max
Thurs- Cardio
Fri- Muscle endurance
Sat- Cardio
Sunday- rest

What do you think?

This question isn't directed just to Cynthia. So if anyone else has any opinion of suggestions about my workout rotation please feel free to chime in :). Also I wanted to add that I wouldn't mind being a little more muscular then cathe.. bigger muscles I mean. But I definitly strive to be as cut and shredded as she is. Thanks!!

Lauren,

I'm not trying to brush you off, but I think the best person to ask for rotation help is Fitness Freak. She knows her stuff!
My goals are very different from yours, so I'm not sure how to help you put together workouts.

Fitness Freak/Debbie transformed her body into something like Cathe's!
You can ask her over in the dvd rotation section of the forum. She is very sweet, and always so helpful. I think she is starting her own forum too.:)
