Hi Cathe,
I just started working out with your DVDs and I am really enjoying them. I currently own Muscle Max, Low Max and Ab Hits.
I have a fairly general question for you. I am top heavy (34D) with a small lower body (size 2-4). As of right now, I tend to look disproportionate. I was wondering what sort of workout you would recommend for someone wanting to slim down their upper half while bulking up their lower. Also, which videos would you recommend for my next purchases?
