I'm new to Cathe Videos and I just ordered the Intensity Series. I'm very excited about PUB and PLB! However, because I am pearshaped and tend to carry extra fat in my hips and thighs, will PLB bulk me up? What other leg workouts do you recommend? What weights would you recommend (I've been FIRMing for a few months now and typically do leg press with 10-15s, and I think I could go heavier without hurting myself if, um...motivated )
