What do you think about this……
I have Diastasis recti and it is from the bottom of my sternum to an inch or 2 below my belly button. I finally figured out why my belly button is not an "inny" anymore! I have been doing the Mummy Tummy exercises and using the splint for the last 3 weeks. I have seen a difference! My question is this, the Tupler splint itself is too small to cover my waist adequately, I thought about wearing something like this while I exercise to hold in my waist tightly while doing ab work and to help make me aware of keeping proper form:

I truly believe that I can turn things around. I have not gained any extra weight since my third and my waist popped back after having 2 kids 18 months apart. My problem was that I worked my abs incorrectly before and after my pregnancy which exacerbated the problem. What do you think?
