Vitamins?

Can anyone suggest a good multi-vitamin that hasn't been so processed beyond its natural state? I used to take Centrum Performance but lately I've been looking around the "Puritan's Pride" website and am thinking of ordering from them. I've heard good things about their vitamins not being so processed. Thanks!

I take a liquid multi that I get from the pharmacy. I think it's called MaxiVision. My opthamologist actually recommended it. They also have it in pill form but you have to take several compared to about an ounce of the liquid.

This is the one I take. It's a food based vitamin.
