Ladies:
Does anyone know or has anyone tried to take Vitamin E in capsule form in an effort to relieve dry skin? I know about rubbing it on topically (I do that), but I'm just curious if I can get greater or more long-term benefit by swallowing the capsules as well.
My skin tends to be so dry in winter that my eyelids itch and my forehead flakes, despite the fact that I drink enough water to hydrate a small horse. Creams and such just don't seem to help; I actually use Vaseline as an overnight moisturizer a couple of times a week! It's very weird. I'll go through a phase where it's not so bad and then come upon times like today, where I feel like sandpaper. Ugh.
Thanks,
Marie
