Vitamin B-100 complex Time release vs. not time release

Would I be wasting my time and money to take Vitamin B-100 Complex if it's NOT Time Released?

Will I get any benefit from taking non Time Released?

Thanks everyone.

The B vitamins are water soluble, which means as soon as you take them, your body absorbs what it needs, and excretes the rest. I don't think you need a time-released one but you can safely take it. I'm just not sure it will make a difference, since your body will only absorb as much as it needs that day anyway. If it's a money issue, I wouldn't necessarily spend more money for a time released one. I hope this makes sense, and I hope it helps!

I've tried to reply to your post twice, so if this shows up multiple times, sorry! I'm going to try one more time ...

I would honestly have to research this to give you a fair opinion. I know there is some research out there equating vitamins with mood swings and hormonal fluctuations. I suppose if there's not much of a monetary difference between the time-released vs. non time-released, you could try them and see if they make a difference. Hope this helps!
