I am so thrilled to finally get the Terminator DVD! I tried the Viper(mixture of Cardio/Weights,Imax2 and Muscle Endurance) and it was SO amazingly tough and it really challenged me. It has 3 of my favorite intervals from Imax2. I'm going to try the Gauntlet tomorow.
Anyone else use the Terminator in their exercise rotation?

Cathe really knows how to keep us home exercisers challenged!;-)

I am using both the Gauntlet and the Viper in my current rotation. I end up adding at least one of the Terminator workouts into each rotation because they really kick my butt ;-)

One variation I've been doing lately with the Viper is to skip the Muscle Endurance upper body segments, pause the DVD and do 2 minutes of squats or lunges to get a really thorough lower body + cardio circuit workout. I keep the lower body exercises which are already included from Muscle Endurance. Needless to say, I walk funny the next day from all the soreness :p

All the Terminators rock!

I love the Terminator work outs! Imax Extreme is the toughest for me. I haven't done them in a while though. I am doing Cathe rotations right now and she doesn't use the terminators in her rotations...atleast I've never seen one included.

The Gauntlet is my favorite and seems the hardest to me. I really go heavy on the leg exercises, and it kicks my butt. The Viper is my second favorite. Oddly enough, I didn't like Imax Extreme as well - really surprised me, since I dearly love all the Imax routines. I think I just like pure Imax instead of breaking it up.
 
Love, Love Love the Terminator!!!! When I first got mine, I was so excited I did them all in one day!!! Imax Extreme In the morning, Viper in the afternoon and Gauntlet in the evening. It was GREAT!!!! Come to think of it, sounds like a great plan for the day after THANKSGIVING!!! I like the Viper the best!!!! Enjoy!! Peggy
 
I love the Terminator too--look forward to adding it to my rotations post partum--it's not 3rd trimester friendly:p. Enjoy!

I LOVE the Viper. I've always done the Gauntlet and overlooked the Viper until just last week. It's fun and gives you a great workout!!
