Videos limit you???

Holly I have exactly the same problem but there's no way I'd want to lose that muscle! Lunges and kickboxing are the most helpful for evening out the shape of my thighs. I was also concerned that using weights might make my quads even more prominent but then I look at Cathe and her crew who can lift heavier weights than I ever have... Strong legs are beautiful legs. Now if only those darn clothiers would wake up to the fact that there are a lot of strong beautiful women out there with amazing legs and waists!
