Cathlete
Hi, Cathe and/or other fitness experts-
I have been using Muscle Endurance, Legs and Glutes, Supersets and Push Pull for my strength training and I've been doing it 2-3 times a week w/ cardio on the other days. I ALWAYS get sore after a strength day. Is that good? Some days I am so sore that I need pain relievers and other days it is somewhat mild. Also, since I get so sore from these workouts should I keep sticking with these and does that mean that Slow and Heavy, Pyramids, and Pure strength are all too advanced for me?
I usually try to stay within a few pounds of what Cathe/crew are using. It seems like if I lower my weights then I won't feel the burn when she says I should be feeling it.
Thanks!
Amy
