I have just a curious question. I am curious about your co-stars on the videos. Is there any information on this site about the exercisers, like bio info.? I am just curious about these ladies I exercise with everyday. I feel like they are my friends, but I don't have a clue even what most of their names are! Any information about them? Thanks!

What a great question. I've been wondering the same thing. It does feel like they're our friends. At least it's better than sitting on the couch watching soaps (although I have to admit, I sometimes do that too)
