Im new to this board and I do not own any of cathe's videos...which dvd's should I purchase to do a rotation that involves weight training, cardio and endurance? thanks
lists workouts from less intense to more intense cardio/weights etc. when a workout sparks your interest take a look at cathe's long video clips to see if its something you might do or if its just not in the cards right now. some of the newer ones are not on here just yet.
