moni...I can't find rotations past July '05. CAn you tell me where I can find them??? Thanks...they say the Sept '05 rotation is for lower body...

Check out index for rotations - pinned 3rd from the top. Scroll down a bit and you'll find updates through 1/06. I'll update more next month Feb - Apr are easily "searchable".
