Video Clips of the Hardcore Series

I cannot get any of the clips from the Hardcore Series to open. I tried all of the hints at the bottom of the page, does anyone else have a similar problem? What can I do? All of the other videos work perfectly.

There can be many reasons for this problem. The top 2 are: #1 You need to uprade Windows Media Player #2 You need to allow mms streaming.
