WOW!!! Don't let "express" fool you. This is non stop cardio with compound weight work. Cathe gives very little breaks so be on your toes and get ready to sweat, sweat, sweat. Great, fun workout as usual.
 
I've done this one twice and love it. I also modify some of the cardio to low impact but still get a great workout in. The weighted segments are great too!
