Video Breakdowns

Hi Everyone -

Does anyone know where I can find the breakdown of Cathe videos? I would like to know what exercises are coming up next and what weight Cathe is using so that I can transition quicker. I know I have seen them before a long time ago, and was wondering if anyone knew where I can find them.

I think there is some place on this site that has breakdowns, but I'm not sure off-hand where it is.

BUT, what I do (with all weight workouts) is preview the first time, and write down the exercises in a log (a spiral notebook) along with the weights I think I will use (I will usually just chapter forward in the workout to find this info). When I actually do the workout, I write notes on whether the weight was right, too heavy or too light, and next time, before I do the workout again, I find the page, recopy the list of exercises, and fill in weights again.

Go to the home page and click on DVD. It will take you to the DVD descriptions page, then click on tell me more. If you scroll down you will see a description of the workout and an exercise list. Scroll down further and (for most) there will be a chapter breakdown. Be aware that a couple are in the wrong place.

Thanks! I remember they used to have workout logs on fitnessvideofanatics, but that website doesn't seem to work anymore. Does anyone still have the logs that were posted on that website? If not, I will try to recreate I suppose, and Cathe's chaptering will be a good start :)

Yes Diane,

That website closed. I know that many people had the opportunity to download this info before the website shut down. I did not, but the odds are on your side that you will find some help with this.

Hi Diane...I have most of the logs of Cathe workouts from the FVF site. You can PM or email me for the ones you want and I'll email them to you...:)...Carole
 
I have an Excel spreadsheet which I created for the ones I own (GS, S&H, Intensity Series, TimeSavers, Low Max, CTX, Push Pull, SuperSets, the Rhythmic Step + DVD, which includes Interval Max & MIC, and probably a few more I've forgotten). If you'd like it emailed to you, my email is

This file also contains breakdowns of MANY FIRM workouts too. If you DON'T want the FIRM's let me know and I'll edit them out, to make the file smaller.
