Video Breakdowns & formats

Hi fitness friends! I just checked out a website recommended by Lwseymour www.thefitnessfusion.com where there are video breakdowns. And if you look under SUNSHINE you'll get a VERY thorough run down! She really did a wonderful job!WELL DONE! Are there any other websites that have video breakdowns like this? Please fill me in! I know www.videofitness.com has them(I thought they were the only site that did that but the one mentioned above was MORE thorough, I love how it was more play by play THEN the personal opinions of the video were added!) I personally like to see more of the format and "some" feedback of the video(not the whole breakdown based on opinion only) since we are all different having different experiences due to what our current workloads may be}( Also what happened to the fitprime swap? Where does one go if they want to buy older videos or sell them besides ebay? I know alot of people are getting rid of vhs for dvds, where are they posting them at? Too bad Cathe don't have a section for that here It's hard enough keeping up with this forum, let alone going to another site}(

Hi Francine, Here are 2 other fitness forums. Both of these have a swap section. You have to registar for both of these. They have great information on alot of things too.

Thanks! Quick question, Do you know what happened to fitprimes swap? I have a feeling it's in the pay only section (which I didn't sign up for:-( hope there new forum is better than the freebie one(you get what you pay for there

Francine, from what I have heard. Fitprime no longer has a swap forum anywhere. I never signed up for the pay forum either. From what I have read, some are dissapointed with the PT forum so far, hoping it will improve.
