I know I'm jumping in really late here, but I recently decided to limit my meat intake as much as possible. Basically, I won't buy and prepare it, but if I'm at someone's house and they serve it, I may eat it. And, well, I know the craving for a burger will someday become overwhelming
Anyway, I've found www.vegetariantimes.com to be extremely helpful. They have over 10,000 recipes. You can even join the website (for free), keep a recipe box, and print shopping lists from your chosen recipes. It's awesome!
