Thank you so much for your reply. Last night, I bought Timesaver (due to my crazy schedule) and the Intensity Series. I try to spend wisely and was trying to find something that I thought would challenge me for awhile. The Intensity Series will definitely do that. I should have them by the end of the week. I had posted a question for Cathe and she suggested 2 interval workouts (one sprinting and one IMAX 2), 2-3 additional cardio workouts and 2 total body strength workouts per week for weight loss. I am hoping that Muscle Endurance and the Pyramids will be good for strength
right now, until I can get a few more DVDs. My next one will definitely be the one with Power Hour. I am looking for a barbell too. From the boards,the Troy Lite seems to be the one of choice. I will have to do a little more research on this before I purchase one. In the meanwhile, I will be modifying with dumbbells.
Your posts are really helpful. You offer a wealth of info - not only to the people tht you respond to, but others looking for suggestions too. I really appreciate your help!
