Hi everyone~
Just want to share something with you all, and then I am off to vacation~
My hubby and I just had our house warming party the past Saturday. My goodness, everybody ate so much including me!!! We ate from 3p.m. or 4 to maybe 1 a.m.!! It was sort of like a pot luck/ BBQ party, so we had A LOT of food, and NO VEGGIE at all! Only meat and junk food. Then the next day, my hubby and I had so much left over from the party, and we had to eat the left over for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. For some reason, I just gave up on eating clean and started eating chips and a cake for my breakfast and lunch. We were still eating suasages and BBQ chicken for dinner today... so horrible..x( I can't just throw away those food because I'd feel so bad when I think about how some people don't even have anything to eat.
What's worst is, I am going on vacation w/ hubby this Thursday. Yes, it'll be extremely difficult to eat clean, and it's almost impossible to work out. I thought about bringing a Cathe DVD, and maybe I'll do it at the hotel, but then again, I feel that I have to get out of the hotel room once I get up.
Therefore, I did two workouts today, and I am planning to workout twice a day until this Thursday. Gosh~ I don't even know if it helps working out twice, but oh well!
So I'll see you all when I get back. Good luck to me that I don't gain too much weight after my vacation ;( And you all have a wonderful week
