I'm going to be going to Hilton Head Isl. for a week soon. I think I look okay since I've started spinning and hopefully I'll stop constantly eating my newest craving - "real" Turkey Hill ice cream
But does anyone have any tips on how to get a tad more toned up; look slimmer; feel more confident in my bikini; etc in 2 weeks? And I know miracles won't happen that soon!
