Vacation and xtrain 90 undulating rotation

Hi all,
would welcome anyone's feedback ..

I am going to be away for 6 days on a vacation. This is not a Vacation that I can travel with the workouts.. I am in the middle of week 5 and my temptation is to start from the beginning of week 5 when I return... I am just curious what other people have done when they're in the middle of a rotation and they can't take Cathe with them.. I won't have access to a gym or electronics ...

I either treat the vacation as a rest week or I use it as a week to do travel workouts in the spirit of the current rotation or do whatever I have time for on the road.

I usually take my nook with a few Cathe workouts on it (travel fit, MMA boxing, hard strikes, turbo barre, etc.), a fire walker band and a set of bands or a tube with door attachment and do what I can in my room or hit the hotel gym or walk a lot.

Don't sweat it whatever you do. Just start back where you left off when you get back.
