Urban Rebounding ? With or without shoes?

Hi,
My rebounder was finally deliverwd.
I am new to this form of exericse too.
I tried the basic video and just about died. it seems like it can be fun..but my feet really hurt , I was wearing cross trainers. Is it okay to rebound bare foot?
It seemd like it hurt less. thank you

my first few times killed my calves!!! i am fine now..i suppose i adapted, and i have always worn cross trainers. there is a huge wealth of info on the VF site..called the everything rebounding thread. i am sure you will find answers there also
 
I just started Urban Rebounding last week and I love it. In the FAQ on the website it says you can rebound barefoot if it is comfortable. I also thought I saw it somewhere in the paperwork that came with the kit. I did it barefoot for a couple of times, but my bunions started acting up so I'm now wearing my hi-top crosstrainers and I feel fine. My calves also hurt the first 2 times, but haven't hurt since. I also almost died the first time I did the Basic workout. I've done it 3 times so far, and I have to take a break during the sprints, but I'm getting farther each workout. I also ordered all the DVDs. Yesterday I wanted a change of pace and did Resistance Bound. I really liked it also. It wasn't as hard as the Basic workout until I got to the end and there were sprints again. Those sprints are killer. I think this is my new favorite form of cardio, and I find myself wanting to do it everyday.
