Hello educated rebounder. I went to this website http://urbanrebounding.com/ I know some of you have this. Would you say this is a good product and also a good price? Im thinking of getting this for myself. I guess I want something different;) Oh boy I think my CC is frying for this and how am I going to tell DH about this}(. Any feedback on this will help. Thanks:)

I bought an Urban Rebounder at Christmastime last year, and love it. I bought the one that folds in half, but quite honestly, haven't been able to use that feature without fear of hurting myself! I felt like that old cartoon dog who tries to sit in the chair and it morphs into several different shapes, trapping him inside! The thing would literally toss me across my living room when it snapped shut! It's a bummer, because I live in NYC, and space is a commodity. Right now I store it in a closet, but really wish it closed easier. I even emailed the company to find out if there was some secret to it. It sure wasn't as easy as they made it look on the set up instructions! Believe it or not, they never got back to me, which I find strange, considering it's a potentional hazard.

I do find that the UR DVD's that come with it are not as challenging as anything Cathe. The one video that's a little harder is by Jerry James and it's called Champion Rebounding (It's not by UR. I got it through Collage, I think). I use the UR DVD's to tack on a short cardio after a hard weight day. Sometimes I'll just freestyle to music, but much prefer "being told" what to do a la video! :D

I don't regret the purchase at all. My knees aren't what they used to be so I try to change one step to rebounding a week. It seems to have helped!

HTH!

I bought an Urban Rebounder almost a year ago. I really like it for my hi lo workouts - which usually bother my knees. I have the UR basics & intermediate workouts and FitPrime GForce. They're ok, but not great workouts -oh, how I wish Cathe would make a rebounding workout. I also just jog on it listening to music when I want to add some extra cardio. It was well worth the money, I'm glad that I bought it, and would buy it again.
