Upper body

Hi there :),
Could someone recommend an upper body series? There are so many to choose from. Something challenging but not over the top :):):)Thanks I really appreciate it. Also anything for core strengthening :):) Thanks Bev :);-)
 
I think you should definitely go with PUB - I LOOOOOVE THIS WORKOUT. It is an awesome workout and I always feel it the next day. Besides by adjusting the weights, you can make it as easy or as hard as you like. Also, it has great ab/core work.

Otherwise you may want to try Bootcamp which is has been great for my obliques. Better yet, get Ab Hits with several ab routines.

I really like PUB or CTX (these both have upper body and abs).
I also like the abd work on the bootcamp/muscle endurance DVD and there is upper body work on both.

My favorites are ME,upper body split ctx series, power hour and the pyramid upper body.
